There were a lot of restaurant options nearby with a Chuy's walkable from the hotel. A short drive gets to many other restaurants/shopping/etc. Parking was good and gym was acceptable with all of the basics. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Not too far from the airport.

LOUD NOISES, UNCLEAN ROOM, AND UNEXPECTED CHARGES

At first we were excited about staying at the Hyatt. Usually Hyatt's are a good mid level hotel that is fairly reliable in staying clean and sanitary as well as having good accommodations. The noise level was so loud. I've stayed next to the highway at other hotels and not once was it as loud as it was at this hotel. The ear plugs on the night stand make sense now. The bathroom was utterly disgusting, other people's hairs everywhere, dirty WET mat rolled up on the corner of the shower and stains everywhere that if they had taken the time to clean would've come off. My partner was going to use one of their cups, but I'm glad I stopped him as it smelled like someone had pooped in it and it had stains and hairs inside. The sink area was dusty under the sink and where the towels are stored. To top it off I had an extra night charged onto me by I assume the manager. I had spoken with her previously to ensure there was someone at the desk 24/7 as our flight had been delayed. She had asked the name of the reservation- not sure why she would need to know that to answer my question- and then when I saw the charge later and another (wonderful and helpful) front desk lady told me it looked like a charge. I had asked the manager in person when she was there(since she was asked to contact me about it but never did) and she was quick to blame the young man who had assisted us in checking in. I still have yet to receive a refund for that charge and she insisted it was just an authorization charge on top of the %50 deposit. The young man who checked us in most definitely did not charge that on top of our stay as he was even the one who said the only amount I would be charged would be the $50 since I had PREPAID for everything. Sketchy manager .. quick to blame her workers who are actually doing a great job and won't take responsibility for her own actions.

This hotel is inviting, staffed, clean and an amazing breakfast. The staff is not only friendly, but helpful for whatever your needs may be. There are extra snacks you can buy and even a full bar if you desire. The rooms are nice and clean and smell great. Also the free breakfast was great. Not some basic breakfast, but honestly a full spread which really helps when you are there for a sport and need to feed kids that are with you. Great stay at this location.

Decent stay but a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted to pay. Only stayed because it was close to the wedding venue that we attended. I would stay at hyatt again. The breakfast was good and convenient

Great experience! I’ve stayed here twice on business trips and would totally recommend anyone to stay here! Staff was great and easy to deal with. Rooms were nice and clean and kept up with very. Will definitely stay here again.
